These window microfibres are manufactured to ensure no lint is left when cleaning - The common cause for microfibres to leave lint is because the towel has a high pile or a broad weave this allows the fibers to break off. These cloths are extremely low pile almost flat! They are non Scatch and highly absorbant Absorbancy: The absorbency depends on the construction of the fibre, the best fibre is a split fibre which is constructed of polyester and polyamide. A good quality microfibre: The construction is very important, including the towel density and the materials used to make the fibre eg: 100% polyester is not good for absorbancy and not recomended for window/glass cleaning. The best combination is polyester and polyamide. The Density is a measure of fibers per square inch of fabric. The range for quality microfibre is 90,000 to 225,000 fibers per square inch. Generally speaking, the higher the fibre count the better the towel will absorb water and clean. Our window cloths have a high polyamide which is the best for absorbancy and dirt collection. Our microfibres: Are created by combining two fibre inventions: polyester and polyamide (nylon). The polyamide is used as the core of the hybrid fibre and the polyester is the outer skin to . The fibres are split giving the cloth better absorbancy, but are not excessive in length which causes the lint.
