DESCRIPTION:
 
GRILL CLEAN is a heavy duty clear liquid gel. The advanced formula comprises of Sodium Hydroxide, a blend of surfactants and emulsifiers, chelating agents and water to produce an odourless, non-tainting, yet extremely
powerful liquid gel.
 

 

APPLICATIONS: 
 
KITCHENS: GRILL CLEAN is designed for the rapid removal of grease and charred food debris from the interior
and exterior of ovens, deep fat fryers, extraction hoods and filters, skillets, waffle bakers, etc.
GRILL CLEAN is also recommended for cleaning other greasy surfaces such as tiled floors, walls, splash backs, etc.
 
INDUSTRIAL: The modern food industry demands extreme cleanliness and the powerful nature of GRILL CLEAN quickly cleans equipment, walls, floors and ovens of even the most difficult soil, i.e. dried bloods, fats, etc.
 
DRAINS: A little GRILL CLEAN (50ml-100ml) poured down drains on a daily basis will keep them sweet smelling and prevent build up of fat and grease

 METHOD OF USE:

Put on rubber gloves and safety glasses before using GRILL CLEAN. 

OVENS:  The oven should be switched off and for safety’s sake no hotter than can be tolerated by hand.  Spread GRILL CLEAN evenly and thickly over the surface to be cleaned using a brush, sponge or cloth.  GRILL CLEAN spreads more evenly if you start at the top and work downwards.  Leave in contact for between 5 and 30 minutes depending upon the degree of soilage.  Remove soiling using an abrasive nylon pad and wash down thoroughly with water.

 

UTENSILS:  Pour GRILL CLEAN into a bucket or a basin and immerse the equipment in the liquid or brush GRILL CLEAN onto the equipment.  Leave to soak until the soiling has completely softened, then clean using a soft abrasive pad

and water.

 

OTHER:  Brush GRILL CLEAN onto the soiled area, leave to soften deposits, and then either pressure wash away or agitate and rinse away.

N.B.  Do not use on aluminium, zinc or other alkali sensitive materials.
